EMS stands for "Electrical Muscle Stimulation" — a training method that sends electrical signals directly to muscles, causing them to contract regardless of your own will.

It can reach inner muscles that are difficult to work with regular training, and since there's no need for heavy weights, joint stress is minimized.

At AQUA EMS, pads can be freely repositioned for direct targeting of areas you want to tone. Our equipment also offers higher Hz settings than standard EMS machines in Japan for more efficient muscle stimulation.
