Twice a week (8 sessions/month plan) is the most effective frequency. You can also start with once a week and gradually increase your pace.

Yes, dietary guidance is included in all plans. Rather than strict restrictions, we provide practical dietary improvement advice that fits your daily life.

Yes, personal training is available at the same price. EMS sessions are 20 minutes, while personal gym sessions are 60 minutes.

No, nothing is needed. The EMS suit is provided at the store. Feel free to come empty-handed.

After your reservation, visit the store for counseling (discussing your goals) followed by an EMS training experience, then after-counseling (plan guidance). The entire process takes about 60 minutes.

Unfortunately, EMS training is not available during pregnancy. However, it can be used for postpartum body recovery. Please consult our staff for details.

Depending on the condition, we may need to decline service or require a doctor's permission. Those with pacemakers or epilepsy cannot use EMS for safety reasons. Please see our Safety page for details.

The EMS equipment used at AQUA EMS complies with international safety and quality standards including CE-LVD (Low Voltage Directive), CE-RED (Radio Equipment Directive), and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). See our Safety page for details.

Yes, you can use any AQUA EMS location. Choose the Shibuya store after work, or a store near your home on weekends — it's up to you.
