USAGE
EMS Suit Handling
Usage Precautions
- 1Please wear the EMS suit correctly following your trainer's instructions
- 2If you feel unwell, please inform the staff without pushing yourself
- 3Please hydrate sufficiently before and after training
- 4If you feel discomfort from the electrical stimulation, please tell your trainer immediately
- 5If you experience any abnormalities after training, please seek medical attention promptly
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Contraindications
EMS training is not available for persons meeting the following criteria
- Those using cardiac pacemakers
- Pregnant women
- Those with a history of epilepsy
- Those with malignant tumors
- Those with acute illnesses
- Those with metal implants in the body (affected area)
- Use on areas with skin inflammation or wounds
- Use during fever
